Prunella Martin MA

Prunella has more than 20 years in the prime residential market, valuing, selling, and advising for leading South Hams estate agents, but also living and working in just about every corner of the region. She doesn’t just know South Devon, she’s truly experienced it. It was her love of the area that spawned a vision for an independent property specialist with a difference, one that works hard to understand individuals and their homes, and to match people to properties they love.

Sarah Hosie

Sarah Hosie enjoyed a career in luxury brands before transitioning into property, with names including Harrods peppering her CV. Like Prunella, she has also lived in the South Hams for many years, raising a family and getting to know what each village, town, and hamlet has to offer people and the different lifestyles they seek. This wider perspective has proven essential for framing an exclusive service that goes beyond sales and hinges on understanding people, property, and the whole picture.
